[Job-Vacancy] Vacancy : Sr. Research (SRE)

 

SWA Magazine Group seeking for a qualified professional to be a part of our dynamic team as : 

 

SENIOR RESEARCH EXECUTIVE

Main Responsibilities :

1.       Make research proposal according to brief received from client; both in English and Bahasa

2.       Translate research brief into clear objectives and develop them into actionable research design

3.       Develop questionnaire and do briefing with field officer and interviewers

4.       Supervise the undergone project and be alert to make any coordination with any significant side

5.       Conduct analysis to find insights and provide required data to prepare for report and  relevant     recommendation as research objectives

    6.       Together with team involved in conducting  presentation of final report to clients

Requirement :

1.       Bachelor Degree majoring on Statistic or Psychology from reputable university

2.       Have a good English proficiency, proved with 500 TOEFL score or above

     3.       Proactive and open mindset; and eager to learn on new concept and things relevant with his/her jobs

4.       Has a great interest in research and familiar with related software such as SPSS, etc

5.       Has best knowledge, understanding and can perform various statistic analysis both descriptive and inferential

6.       Has been 2 – 4 years working experience in marketing research field. Preferably those who has experience at research agency

7.       Has been some years involved with conducting data analysis, report preparation and presentation
