BUSINESS ANALYST Responsibilities : As a Business Analyst you will be responsible to analyzing business needs based on user requirement.. Including but limited to designing user requirement into business requirement, creating stages for system development, implementing project inventory and preparing monitoring report to users. As a bridging between User and IT, this role will also responsible for coordinating, facilitating, scheduling system testing, and evaluating the result based by the performance. Qualification : · Minimum 2-3 years hands-on experience as a business analyst from insurance, banking, or financial institution. · Poses comprehensive understanding of business process and project management skills. · Strong background on computer skills, especially on programming application. · Good in verbal and written communication, drive for result, and business acumen to make continuous improvement.
