HRD Site Superintendent/Manager
Qualification:
1. Male, with maximum 40 of age
2. Bachelor degree in law (S1-hukum) from reputable university
3. Having minimum 5 (five) years experience in the same position, preferably in Manufacturing Industry with more than 1000 employees.
4. Strong interpersonal & communication skill
5. Mature, open minded & highly motivated
6. Good track record from previous employment
7. Fluent in English and computer literate
8. Good knowledge in labor law and Industrial relation
9. Willing to be located in East Halmahera (Mine site) North Maluku with work rotation schedule.
