Budgeting and Financial Planning Manager
based in Jakarta Indonesia
PURPOSE OF JOB
This role will be responsible to develop the long term plans supporting the VP Strategic Planning in line with the strategic direction
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
Support development of Macro Strategy Plan
Support development of short term portfolio micro strategy plan
Development annual budget and investment plans
Facilitate the development of annual corporate targets and strategic objectives for subsidiaries
Assist divisions and subsidiaries to develop / implement plan
Support the growth strategy of the company through developing long term and short term plans by building expertise in subsidiary sectors and awareness of leading industry practices, new developments and emerging trends
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
Preferably with advanced degree
Strong experience in consulting, budgeting and / or capital expenditure planning experience
Candidates with understanding of the High tech / Media / Entertainment sector would be a plus
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
Demonstrated analytical and quantitative capabilities
Strong financial analysis and modelling skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to drive multiple processes simultaneously with limited oversight
Proven team player and ability to work well with others
Demonstrated leadership ability
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Clear focus on execution with quality
