Administration Staff
(Makassar)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle finance administration of Representative Office.
  • Manage petty cash float and advances / reconciliations including prepare report for petty cash / Advances usage and submit to HO together with all supporting documents.
  • Manage filling and personnel administration (leave and attendance).
  • Organize administrative activities in order to comply with the company's SOP.
  • Maintain calendar for each team members and meetings.
  • Communicate in all means with head office via telephone, fax, email or letter.

Requirements:

  • Female, maximum 25 years old.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Experienced in handling finance-administration matters.
  • Good communication, pleasant and enjoy dealing with people.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Good coordination and co-operation with other parties.
  • High accuracy and detail oriented, good analytical skill.
  • Strong administration skill.
