[Job-Vacancy] Server Operation Support

Emerio Indonesia will focus on the Banking Solutions practice and would tap the business potential in IT Services within the financial Services Industry. The Indonesian operation also serves as a valued resourcing base for Emerio's resourcing requirements.

In support of our operation in Indonesia as part of Emerio's strategy to strengthen its presence in Asia, we are looking for young and experienced Professional to fulfill following position:


Server Operation Support & Senior Server Operation Support

  • Experience working with Windows based technologies including, TCP/IP, WINS, DNS, Active directory.
  • Experience in Installation, creation, Backup & Recovery, Performance Tuning and Trouble Shooting.
  • Understanding of various flavors of Windows starting from 2000 till 2008.
  • Understand server hardware components. And experience in handling HP and IBM servers.
  • Basic understanding of network equipment and configuration.
  • Basic understanding of data domain, SAN and NAS for windows servers to connect to.
  • Altris for patch management.
  • Knowledge of Cyberark, Citrix Xenapps 4.5, Tivol Storage management.

  • Understand ITIL process
  • Good at problem solving
  • Understand SDLC.
