young and responsible talents to fill in the position of :
Sales & Marketing Manager (SMM)
Job & Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for finding prospective business opportunities/partners on national scale as
well as maintaining and developing the sales team.
2. Develop& execute marketing and sales plan, strategies and techniques, including
planning, implementation, supervising and negotiating, all promotional activities to reach
both strategies and sales target.
3. Responsible for new program development, execution and implementation including
sales program and project budgeting.
Qualifications :
1 .Bachelor degree in any discipline, overseas graduate (preferable)
2. Minimal 2 years experience
3. Fluent in English both oral and written, TOEIC score 800
4. Sales & result oriented, having wide networking, marketing expertise, self-confidence &
excellent presentations, negotiations skills & have strong commitment to deliver a good
customer service.
5. Able to work independently and tight deadline nor handle multiple tasks and projects
6. High integrity & good interpersonal skill
7. Mobile & willing to travel in and outside the country
Kind of Report :
1. Regular weekly marketing team update
2. Regular monthly report (sales, incentive, program sales planning, etc)
3. Marketing team member monthly individual port folio
4. Quarterly, half yearly & yearly analysis group report
