GENERAL REQUIREMENT : a. Minimum Bachelor Degree with minimum 3 years in the same area b. Good communication and analytical thinking c. Ability to work as a good team player or individually, work under pressure and achieve target in timely manner d. Having knowledge SAP payroll system e. Strong in problem solving, willing to explore new ideas and technologies MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES 1. Manages and maintain all personal master data included Personal Administration, Personal Payroll. 2. Maintains information of head counts among the company by investigating all collected Employees Status Change data. 3. Responsible in prepare and compile all contracts for the new employee. 4. Maintain employees outsource data who works among the company. 5. Arranges and facilitates employee's loans included loans to the KOPKAR (Co-operative Employees Organization) and COP (Car Ownership Program) 6. Other activity such as correspondence and filling for HRD Divisions.
