[Job-Vacancy] Recruitment Officer (psychologist)

 

URGENTLY REQUIRED

We are one of the biggest Mining Group of Company in Indonesia. We look for suitable candidate who can fill the position as below:

Recruitment Officer (psychologist)

Qualification:

  1. Maximum 35 years old
  2. Minimum 2 (two) years experience as Recruiter, preferably from mining company, oil & gas company or consultancy
  3. Master degree in psychology (psychologist) and have license from HIMPSI
  4. Fluent in English both oral & written, fluent in Mandarin will be advantage
  5. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
  6. Well understanding about recruitment and placement activities, including psychological test & tools
  7. Consulting with hiring managers (user) and divisional HR to qualify and understand vacancy requirements prior to advertising
  8. Track, screen and coordinate applications
  9. Carry out phone screening and in some instances, face to face interviews
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with Universities across the region
  11. Developed recruitment material
  12. Maintain internal recruiting system
  13. To be based in Head Office (Jakarta)
